Meditation can help manage the anxiety without needing anything to change in the external world.
Meditation teaches you to detach from emotional and mental states just enough so that you’re not run by them. You have them but they don’t have you.
With this internal tool, you can regulate your own moment-to-moment responses and reactions to the pandemic as a whole and the daily encounters you have in your personal life.
